Job summary

Alteva RCM in the United States is seeking a Client Coordination Manager to lead the front-end onboarding for new clients, ensuring strategic alignment and a smooth handoff to service delivery. This role bridges Business Development, the CRO, clients, and internal teams to drive onboarding from handoff to go-live.

As a manager-level position, you will own the client readiness process, schedule milestones, align resources, and safeguard onboarding quality while delivering a high-touch experience

Qualifications

Experience leading onboarding and readiness for new accounts.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, CRO, and operations.
Excellent communication and proactive client management.

Responsibilities

Lead the front-end onboarding process for new clients.
Coordinate with the CRO and Business Development on strategic fit and readiness.
Oversee intake, ensuring complete and accurate client information.
Assign internal resources and manage onboarding milestones.
Maintain momentum and resolve onboarding bottlenecks.
