An established industry player is seeking a Client Partner to drive growth and satisfaction for clients in the healthcare sector. The Client Partner serves as the primary post-sale point of contact for clients, responsible for their ongoing growth and satisfaction. Uses in-depth knowledge of the client’s industry, business operating model, and deep product and technical expertise to drive adoption and utilization of Acxiom’s products. Demonstrates product features beyond central functionality to help clients achieve specific business results and maximize value from their investment in Acxiom products. Maintains a strategic mindset to identify and recommend solutions to achieve customer objectives.
Holds direct responsibility for identifying growth opportunities and closing revenue from assigned clients, including upselling and cross-selling related products, with accountability for client renewal and retention. Ensures best practices are adopted for Acxiom product use and clients are maximizing value. Handles escalations and coordinates across functional areas such as Professional Services, Data Engineering, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Training, and Delivery Support.
