Job description

The Client Partner serves as the primary post-sale point of contact for clients, responsible for their ongoing growth and satisfaction. Uses in-depth knowledge of the client’s industry, business operating model, and deep product and technical expertise to drive adoption and utilization of Acxiom’s products. Demonstrates product features beyond central functionality to help clients achieve specific business results and maximize value from their investment in Acxiom products. Maintains a strategic mindset to identify and recommend solutions to achieve customer objectives.

Holds direct responsibility for identifying growth opportunities and closing revenue from assigned clients, including upselling and cross-selling related products, with accountability for client renewal and retention. Ensures best practices are adopted for Acxiom product use and clients are maximizing value. Handles escalations and coordinates across functional areas such as Professional Services, Data Engineering, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Training, and Delivery Support.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Achieves and exceeds revenue growth targets, maintaining profitability and sales goals within assigned accounts.
  • Identifies new revenue opportunities annually, driving account growth through new business, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Develops and enhances client relationships through consultation, expertise, and onsite presence, aligning client needs with Acxiom solutions.
  • Manages client portfolio revenue and bookings forecasts.
  • Maintains a well-managed pipeline of growth opportunities.
  • Records all sales and account information in Salesforce CRM.
  • Creates value propositions that differentiate Acxiom from competitors.
  • Consults on new use cases and capabilities to promote organic growth.
  • Leads or facilitates contract negotiations for new business and renewals.
  • Acts as an escalation point for issues and feedback, coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with delivery and creative/media agency partners to support account relationships.
  • Delivers high-quality work on time, including proposals and business reviews.

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART :

  • Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent in lieu of a degree.
  • Solution selling experience specifically within the healthcare industry.
  • Multi-functional leadership experience (e.g., Consulting, BPO, Management).
  • Experience in marketing, marketing technologies, data insights, analytics, and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of Mar-tech and Ad-tech ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of consumer and behavioral data applications.
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and managing clients with multiple lines of business.
  • Ability to map technology solutions to business problems; resilience and creativity in sales cycles.
  • Strong problem-solving, financial, and strategic skills; ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent conversational and solution-selling skills.
