Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Client Manager to serve a portfolio of client accounts, coordinating renewal processes with the production team and delivering high-quality insurance solutions.

You will build trusted relationships with clients and their representatives, drive retention and opportunities to expand services, and support the company's reputation for excellence while meeting travel and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience OR High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Producer's License.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Appropriate licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor for a group of clients, managing their accounts and ensuring their needs are met.
• Lead renewal processes with the production team to deliver timely, high-quality solutions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and their representatives to secure existing business.
• Identify opportunities to expand services with clients.
• Support client retention and Gallagher's reputation for excellence.

About You

Required
