Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, scheduling, transportation, or related field preferred.
• Experience in client service is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule client pickups accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients via phone, email, and ER2 Portal.
• Monitor pickup status and proactively resolve scheduling issues.
• Partner with drivers, vendors, and operations teams for successful logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and clients.
