Raymond James is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Loan Servicing Support specialist to assist internal and external clients with inquiries regarding Private Client loans, including Residential Mortgages and Home Equity Lines of Credit. You will work with account support staff to ensure compliance and accurate processing.

The role emphasizes accuracy, data entry, and communication via phone and email, with a hybrid work model and benefits package consistent with Raymond James policies.

Qualifications

• Basic accounting concepts, practices and procedures.
• Multi-state retail loan servicing practices.
• Experience entering transactions into an automated accounting system and using spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Assists internal & external clients with inquiries or issues via phone and email
• Mitigates regulatory, credit, operational, and reputational risk to the firm by following established policies and procedures
• Assists with processing payment request sent by clients and Financial Advisors
• Analyzes the feasibility of client collateral release requests
• Assists with executing loan servicing responsibilities related to retail loan maintenance and monitoring
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
