Job summary

You will work with a supervisor and colleagues to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate servicing of loan accounts.

Qualifications

• Basic accounting concepts and procedures.
• Experience with multi-state retail loan servicing.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Assist internal & external clients with inquiries via phone and email.
• Mitigate regulatory, credit, operational, and reputational risk by following policies.
• Process payment requests from clients and Financial Advisors.
• Analyze the feasibility of client collateral release requests.
• Perform loan servicing tasks and monitor accounts.
