You will manage client inquiries, schedule meetings, process paperwork, and assist with marketing events and client prospecting while complying with firm policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 0–3 months securities/related experience preferred.
• Excellent communication across phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve high volume client inquiries and schedule meetings.
• Process client transactions and expense reports with accuracy.
• Open new client accounts and research information using internal databases.
• Prepare letters, forms and reports to assist servicing existing clients.
