Job summary

Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Client Liaison Manager at Acacia Mews Care Home in Hertfordshire to lead the Sales & Marketing Department and drive occupancy.

You will manage daily operations, meet budget targets, handle enquiries, and develop key contacts to maximise revenue while upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a full UK driving licence, have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and preferably experience in sales; DBS check will be required.

Qualifications

• Have a full UK and clean driving license
• Be able to negotiate with skill and expertise
• Possess effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner
• Be able to prioritise your own workload
• Ideally have a background in a previous sales position

Responsibilities

• Managing the sales and marketing processes in the home, ensuring the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department
• Meeting and exceeding budget targets
• Filling the home with the agreed client base and maximising revenue
• Developing new contacts and maintaining regular and close contacts with key care influences
