Job summary

East Gate Care and Rehab seeks a proactive Business Development Liaison to drive admissions and community outreach. You will implement marketing plans, coordinate center tours, and foster strong relationships with referral sources and physicians.

Ideal candidates have a marketing or healthcare background, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license to travel within the service area. This on-site role offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement strategies to maximize center census and admissions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for short- and long-term goals.
• Promote the center to referral sources, physicians, community, and media; build relationships.
• Coordinate tours for prospective residents and families; manage referrals daily.
