Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is expanding its Pediatrics Division in New Jersey and seeks an experienced Client Liaison to grow referrals and increase access to pediatric home care services.

You will develop relationships with hospitals, schools, and pediatric providers, while leveraging your network to drive territory revenue growth and long-term partnerships. This hybrid/field role requires a proven track record and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Client Liaison, Physician Liaison, Referral Liaison, healthcare business development professional, or healthcare sales representative.
• Established relationships with New Jersey hospitals, pediatric practices, specialty physicians, school systems, case managers, and/or healthcare organizations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand referral relationships with hospitals, pediatric practices, physician groups, specialty providers, case managers, discharge planners, and school districts throughout New Jersey.
• Build strategic partnerships that generate new pediatric home care referrals.
• Leverage your existing professional network while identifying new business opportunities across the state.
• Represent affirm home care at networking events, healthcare conferences, community outreach programs, provider meetings, and educational presentations.
• Educate healthcare professionals, families, and community partners about our pediatric home care services and available programs.
• Collaborate with our Intake, Recruiting, Clinical, and Marketing teams to support growth initiatives and ensure exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate referral activity, sales tracking, and pipeline management within Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Meet and exceed referral growth and relationship development goals.

Help Grow New Jersey’s Premier Pediatric Home Care Program

Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatrics Division throughout New Jersey and is seeking an experienced, results‑driven Client Liaison to help grow our referral network and increase access to high‑quality pediatric home care services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional with established relationships across New Jersey’s healthcare and educational communities. • Proven track record of generating referrals and growing provider relationships.
• Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
