Job Description:

This position is only open to candidates currently pursuing their associate's degree from a community college or trade school. Candidates pursuing their bachelor's degree or higher are not eligible. The role is limited to candidates located in Florida or Louisiana.

Early Career Apprentice Program:

Join our 12–24-month apprenticeship to earn while you learn. You will receive career guidance, mentorship, tuition assistance, and hands-on legal training, supporting legal teams with casework and research.

Role Details:

• Position: Client Legal Services Paralegal Specialist Apprentice
• Location: Remote
• Start Date: August 2025

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in relevant fields (Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, etc.).
• Strong research, writing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Conduct legal research and summarize case law or statutes.
• Coordinate with claim partners and attorneys regarding case status.
• Support discovery by obtaining records, reviewing documents, and organizing trial materials.
• Respond to legal questions and discovery demands from clients.
• Prepare for trials, arbitrations, and mediations by gathering evidence and documents.

Compensation: Part-time, 20–40 hours/week, $18–$25/hour, with benefits.

Skills: Attention to detail, legal research and writing, legal analysis, effective communication, and ability to manage deadlines.
