Job Description

This position is only open to candidates currently pursuing their associate's degree from a community college or trade school. Candidates pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher are not eligible. Additionally, this role is only available to applicants located in Florida or Louisiana.

Apprenticeship Role:

This program prepares you for future careers in legal services and corporate law. The role is remote, with a start date in August 2025.

Job Qualifications

Education:

• Currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills are encouraged.

Work Authorization:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

Role Responsibilities

As a Client Legal Services Paralegal Specialist Apprentice, you will:

• Assist attorneys with pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.

• Communicate with claim partners and attorneys regarding case status.
• Support discovery by obtaining records, reviewing documents, and organizing trial materials.
• Respond to legal questions and discovery demands for clients.
• Help prepare for trials, arbitrations, and mediations by gathering evidence and documents.

Compensation and Benefits

Part-time role, 20-40 hours/week, with pay ranging from $18-$25/hr. Benefits are available.
