This position is only open to candidates currently pursuing their associate's degree from a community college or trade school. Candidates pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher are not eligible. Additionally, this role is only available to applicants located in Florida or Louisiana.

You will earn and learn simultaneously, receive career guidance, mentorship, and tuition assistance, all while attending school. This program is designed to help you start and grow your career in legal services at Allstate, supporting legal teams with casework and research, legal operations, and case management.
This program prepares you for future careers in legal services and corporate law. The role is remote, with a start date in August 2025.
