The Paralegal supports administrative programs by researching regulatory and compliance matters, preparing documents for correspondence, performing due diligence for business development, reviewing contractual documents, and maintaining credentialing and licensing records for PHS entities.
Responsibilities include managing multiple tasks with competing deadlines, exercising initiative and judgment in administrative and legal tasks, supporting regulatory, licensing, auditing, and credentialing initiatives, completing due diligence, drafting legal documents, researching statutes and regulations, supporting business development, and tracking project timelines.
5-7 years of paralegal experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare law (Medicare, Medicaid, credentialing, licensing). Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program is required. Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Pediatric Home Service has provided high-quality DME and nursing services to medically fragile children since 1990, enabling clients to thrive at home, school, and in the community. Our clients are primarily children from birth through 21 years old with technologies like trachs, ventilators, or g-tubes.
