Job summary

Landmark Credit Union is seeking an Investment Center professional to assist in providing investment products and services to members and prospective members. You will conduct client meetings, gather financial information, prepare recommendations and plans, and respond to inquiries under senior advisor guidance.

Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, processing transactions, and delivering proactive client service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year as a registered representative.
• WI Life Insurance License and FINRA licenses (6/7 and 66, or 63/65).
• Experience or ability to gain proficiency in programs and systems used for this job.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must comply with all policies, procedures and laws relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships by conducting initial and ongoing reviews to assess goals and needs.
• Provide investment and financial planning services with plans, recommendations and documentation.
• Manage client accounts and transactions including trades and research with partners.
• Deliver responsive service by handling inquiries and coordinating communications with clients and partners.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and reporting systems.
• Prepare for and conduct client reviews by analyzing performance and creating materials.
• Promote financial education through training and seminars for new hires.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
