Job summary

Holland & Knight seeks a Client Intelligence Analyst to design, develop, and support analytics tools and platforms for lawyers and staff. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end analytics, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled solutions across Power BI, Fabric, and Copilot.

You will collaborate with Change Management, Training, IT Support, and data governance teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement while building scalable data pipelines and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and maintenance of analytics solutions using Power BI, Fabric, and Power Platform.
• Develop intuitive reports with transformations, semantic models, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
