Job summary
Holland & Knight seeks a Client Intelligence Analyst to design and support analytics solutions for lawyers, using Power BI, Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and related technologies. You will work across data sources, develop dashboards, and ensure reliable data delivery to drive data-driven decisions.
Based in the Tampa Bay area or Dallas, you will partner with IT, Change Management, and business teams to deliver end-to-end analytics, automation, and improvements while upholding security
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years in business intelligence or analytics.
- Proficient in Power BI, SQL, data visualization, and analytics engineering.
- Experience with Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate across IT, governance, and business teams to deliver analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support design, development, and maintenance of analytics solutions using Power BI, Fabric, and Power Platform.
- Source, evaluate, and implement enhancements to analytics tools as capabilities evolve.
- Create intuitive reports with semantic models, DAX, and visualizations for operational needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation for intelligence products and processes.
- Collaborate on data pipelines to unify data sources and present information.
