Job summary

Holland & Knight LLP seeks a Client Intelligence Analyst to design and support analytics across Power BI, Fabric, and Copilot tooling. You will partner with IT, Change Management, and business teams to deliver actionable insights and scalable dashboards.

The role combines development, problem solving, and stakeholder collaboration to continually improve data-driven decision making for lawyers and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Power Platform for data concepts.
• Willingness to learn Microsoft OneLake, Fabric, Copilot concepts.
• Experience with cybersecurity practices in legal/financial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain analytics solutions using Power BI, Fabric, and Power Platform.
• Source and evaluate enhancements as analytics and AI capabilities evolve.
• Develop reports with Power Query, semantic models, DAX, and visualizations.
• Document configurations, releases, and end-user guides.
• Create workflow automations using Power Automate and integrations.
• Collaborate with data engineers to deliver data pipelines and quality controls.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Support IT and vendors, manage integrations, and assist with upgrades.
