Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and website inquiries from current clients, prospective new clients, co-counsel, or vendors.
• Provide client concierge and triage phone calls or online inquiries to attorneys or paralegals.
• Undertake initial claim consultation and complete intake forms for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the client relations team, paralegals, and attorneys.
