Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, intake, or a client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with empathy under pressure.
• Strong follow-up skills to move qualified leads through the sign-up process.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, dependable, and coachable with attention to confidentiality.
• Comfortable using technology and office software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients with a professional, compassionate experience.
• Manage leads from initial contact through intake and sign-up with timely follow-up via phone, email, text, or other methods.
• Build rapport, explain the intake process, and help qualified clients move toward retention.
• Screen cases using scripts and procedures; prepare accurate case summaries for review.
• Document client information, case details, communications, and follow-up activity in the case management system.
• Send engagement documents, obtain signatures, collect necessary documents, and aid onboarding of new clients.
• Manage multiple leads and deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with Intake Manager, Attorneys, and Case Managers throughout the intake process.
• Receive coaching and apply feedback to future work; perform additional intake and administrative duties as needed.
