Job summary

Coker, Robb & Cannon, PC is seeking a Consult Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. You will assess needs, provide general information on the family law process, and coordinate consultations with attorneys while facilitating payments.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, persuasive, and detail-oriented with strong customer service or sales background. Legal experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Two or more years of customer service experience required.
• Legal office or family law experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, empathy, and ability to manage intake efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for prospective clients with professionalism and empathy.
• Gather preliminary information to assess client needs and service alignment.
• Explain the consultation process and coordinate attorney consultations.
• Schedule consultations and create/maintain intake records in the firm system.
• Process payments for consultations and handle receipts accurately.
• Maintain composure with upset callers and preserve conversation flow.
• Follow up on pending leads to set appointments and boost conversions.
• Support team with additional duties as assigned.
