Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of administrative, intake, healthcare, or behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for new client inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Conduct initial intake screenings and gather demographic, insurance, and referral information.
• Schedule intake assessments and coordinate appointments with clinical staff.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorization when required.
• Maintain accurate client records within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Explain agency programs, services, policies, and procedures to clients and caregivers.
• Monitor intake pipelines and maintain referral tracking logs.
• Follow HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
• Must be willing to travel to clients' home to fill forms and get parent signatures.
