King of Kings Management Inc. is seeking a Client Intake & Sales Specialist to join our Atlanta office. This full-time, in-office role focuses on building relationships, converting qualified leads into long-term client engagements, and delivering a superior client experience.

The position requires proactive outreach, discovery calls, and CRM-driven pipeline management. Competitive hourly pay is based on experience, with opportunities for advancement within a growing team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in sales, client intake, or account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce) preferred.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.
• Familiarity with professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients by phone, email, referrals, and inquiries.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs.
• Qualify leads for tax planning, accounting, bookkeeping, and Fractional CFO services.
• Schedule consultations with our tax strategists and advisory team.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients and outstanding proposals.
• Assist with service proposals, engagement agreements, and client onboarding.
• Manage and update the sales pipeline using our CRM.
• Track qualified leads, consultations, show rates, and conversions.
• Deliver an exceptional, professional client experience.
