King of Kings Business & Tax Advisory in Georgia is seeking a Tax Planning Assistant who is organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow in tax strategy and advisory. You will support senior tax strategists, collect financial documents, and help implement client tax plans.

Qualifications

Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience in accounting, tax preparation, bookkeeping, or financial services preferred.
Strong understanding of business taxation and accounting principles.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook; QuickBooks Online is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assist with tax planning strategy preparation and implementation alongside senior tax strategists.
Collect and review financial statements, previous returns, payroll reports, and docs.
Support quarterly and annual tax planning reviews.
Prepare tax planning worksheets, calculations, and schedules.
Track deadlines, action items, and progress on tax plans.
Research federal and state tax regulations as needed.
Support year-end tax planning and client strategy execution.
