Hirzel Law, PLC is seeking a Client Intake Coordinator to serve as the voice of the firm in Farmington Hills, MI. You will manage end-to-end client intake, run our HubSpot pipeline, and anchor the front desk at our Farmington office.

Responsibilities include inbound call handling, new client intake, and fee agreement tracking. The role is full-time and in-office, with a strong emphasis on timely, accurate intake and follow-up.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone-heavy, client-facing experience.
• Hands-on CRM experience managing a pipeline or lead queue; HubSpot preferred.
• Demonstrated follow-up discipline with speed to lead and accurate lead entry.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls and route or intake new clients.
• Manage the HubSpot pipeline and delegate leads to the attorney.
• Send and track fee agreements and conduct conflict checks.
• Greet visitors and manage front desk duties; in-office role.
