Job Duck LLC is seeking a bilingual Client Experience Representative to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role. You will screen inquiries, gather information, and guide clients through the intake process while building rapport and maintaining a professional, empathetic approach.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, updating HubSpot CRM, scheduling consultations, and providing referrals when appropriate.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., customer service, receptionist, intake specialist, or sales).
• Experience handling inbound client inquiries.
• Experience in qualifying or onboarding clients.
• Legal industry experience is a plus, but not required.

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
• Screen inquiries, gather information, and guide clients through intake.
• Maintain CRM records and create client records in HubSpot.
• Schedule consultations and perform email outreach to prospective clients.
• Disqualify callers whose cases are not handled by the firm while maintaining a positive experience.
