Job summary

Entrusted Legacy Law is seeking a warm, articulate remote front-desk professional to be the first voice of our practice. You will answer high-volume incoming calls, guide potential clients with care, schedule consultations, route calls to the appropriate team, and maintain attorneys' schedules.

This full-time, remote role requires excellent phone presence, organization, and genuine warmth and patience. Candidates must reside in Pennsylvania or Nevada for tax and employment purposes.

Job description

We are looking for a warm, articulate, and empathetic remote front-desk professional to serve as the first point of contact for our firm. In this role, you will be the voice of our practice—answering high-volume incoming phone calls, guiding potential clients with care, scheduling consultations, routing calls to the appropriate team members, and maintaining our attorneys' schedules.

Because of the personal nature of our work, you must blend exceptional phone presence and organization with genuine warmth and patience.

This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 pm Eastern Time.

Location Requirement: Must currently reside in Pennsylvania or Nevada (Required for state tax and employment purposes).
