Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a Client Insurance Specialist to support Southeastern Ohio. You will verify eligibility, manage authorizations and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless access to services.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and knowledge of Medicaid and payer processes. Travel within designated service areas is required, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Ohio Medicaid, managed care and payer authorization.
• Experience with health insurance verification, authorizations and billing support.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff education and consultation on insurance coverage, payer requirements, eligibility verification and authorization processes.
• Develop workflows and materials to improve insurance communication across the organization.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client insurance questions and barriers to care.
