Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance verification experience required.
• Experience in human services is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage and maintain up-to-date information in electronic records.
• Review daily insurance reports and troubleshoot anomalies or eligibility issues.
• Assist front desk and clinical staff for smooth operations and informed decisions.
• Provide trauma-informed, client-centered service to diverse clients.
• Support clerical tasks including faxing, filing, mail, and EMR assistance.
