Job summary

OneGroup, a subsidiary of Community Bank, N.A., is hiring a Personal Insurance Client Advisor. You will work in a team to respond to client needs, protect assets, and manage a book of business with a service-first mindset.

Responsibilities include handling policy changes, renewals, and claims, promoting comprehensive coverage over price, and coordinating with underwriters to resolve issues while maintaining accurate client records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of insurance experience preferred.
• Experience with policy coverage and client advisory.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to use menu-driven software plus Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle a book of business and build relationships with accounts.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals and claims.
• Advise on the value proposition beyond price for comprehensive coverage.
• Conduct coverage reviews and advise on adequate protection.
