OneGroup is seeking a Personal Insurance Client Advisor in New York to respond to client needs, protect assets, and service a book of business within a team setting. You will manage client relationships and coordinate closely with the sales and management teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

The role involves handling policy changes, renewals and claims, advising on value over price, and working with underwriters to resolve issues to maintain insurability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of insurance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of policy coverage and underwriting guidelines.
• Customer service experience required and ability to work in a team.
• Proficient with common software tools including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• The Personal Insurance Client Advisor will work in a team environment with all members of the Personal Insurance department to respond to clients' needs and protect assets.
• Handle a book of business, build relationships, and ensure activities are settled efficiently and accurately.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals and claims processing.
• Advise clients on value beyond price and ensure comprehensive coverage.
