Responsibilities include handling changes, renewals and claims, advising on value over price, and coordinating with underwriters and carriers. Full-time with competitive hourly wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; College Degree Preferred.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Property & Casualty license; maintain license through continuing education.
• Professional Certifications/Licenses encouraged.
• 1–3 years Insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with each account and own activities on the book.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals and claims processing.
• Advise clients on value beyond price to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Conduct coverage reviews to inform adequacy of protection.
• Reach out to new clients within 30–45 days of new business.
