Role: Client Implementations Specialist

Location: Winston Salem, North Carolina

Duration: 12+ Month W2 Contract

Position summary:

The Client Implementations Specialist will provide expertise leading onboarding and implementation activities for systems, processes, and products and conducting in user acceptance testing (UAT). The Specialist will ensure high level of client satisfaction by driving seamless implementation and onboarding experiences for clients and stakeholders as well as quality assurance through thorough testing. The Client Implementation Specialist will understand and troubleshoot company products, services and systems. Determine and review project plans. Coordinate product needs between clients and company team members.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience

• Candidate requires minimum 3+ years of client onboarding and integration experience

• Candidate requires minimum 3+ years of experience performing testing support for internally developed applications

• Experience with Windows and Linux based distributed systems, IBM MQ and connect direct technologies

• Definitive and fundamental understanding of XML language used in messaging

• Must be detail oriented and organized in both thought and practice

• Must be able to communicate ideas, both in written and verbal, in a clear, concise and professional manner, including technical writing skills

• Ability to work with all levels within the organization

• Strong attention to detail to ensure firm policies and procedures are adhered

• Proficiency with MS Office applications including MS Project

• Proven experience in user acceptance testing and/or system implementation.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
