Job Description

One of Insight Global’s top clients within the Banking Industry is looking for a Client Enablement Implementation Specialist to sit onsite 4 days a week in Pittsburgh, PA.

This person will sit within treasury services, supporting all client onboarding and implementation. The team is responsible for implementing lockbox strategy for corporate clients. Most of these clients are wholesale clients. Once the sales team signs the client and client goes through KYC, onboarding, etc, the client enablement implementation specialist will write out a course of action for implementation and ensure delivery from start to finish.

This team will work alongside the sales team and be the operations behind ensuring true client implementation. Insight Global is looking for someone with over two years of corporate banking and client service experience, an understanding of payments within financial institutions, and and knowledge of the Microsoft office suite. Multitasking, organization, and eagerness are skills necessary to this role. This candidate would stand out if they have knowledge of lockboxes, experience in PEGA systems or JIRA, and knowledge of treasury services.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Healthcare benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, financial protection benefits, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. 401k retirement account access is offered starting on the 90th day with employer matching after one year of service. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
