Client Implementation/ Middleware Systems Specialist

Job Title: Client Implementation/ Middleware Systems Specialist

Location: Winston-Salem, NC (2-3 days Onsite a week)

Duration: Fulltime permanent role

Qualifications required:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience
2. Minimum 3+ years of client onboarding and integration experience
3. Minimum 3+ years of experience performing testing support for internally developed applications
4. Experience with Windows and Linux based distributed systems, IBM MQ and connect direct technologies
5. Definitive and fundamental understanding of XML language used in messaging
6. Detail oriented and organized in both thought and practice
7. Ability to communicate ideas clearly, both in written and verbal forms, including technical writing skills
8. Ability to work with all levels within the organization
9. Strong attention to detail to ensure firm policies and procedures are adhered to
10. Proficiency with MS Office applications including MS Project
11. Proven experience in user acceptance testing and/or system implementation
12. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and quality assurance processes

Essential functions and responsibilities:

1. Lead client onboarding and implementation activities, ensuring timely and successful adoption of systems or products
2. Develop certification plans that validate the business and technical requirements
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive test coverage
4. Identify, document, and track issues, bugs, and inconsistencies, working closely with technology teams for resolution
5. Test new product software application or enhancements to existing software application
6. Maintain detailed documentation, including test results, defect logs, and testing/implementation metrics
7. Implement improvements in testing processes that reduce risk and drive efficiencies
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, providing guidance and addressing concerns
9. Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and support documentation for end-users
10. Conduct system configurations, data migrations, and customizations based on client requirements
11. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all implementation milestones are met
12. Monitor and evaluate implementation success, collecting feedback for continuous improvement

Knowledge & Skills:

1. Development of onboarding and implementations project plans
2. Development of test cases and supporting documentation against requirements experience
3. Ability to continuously enhance testing criteria and results reporting
4. Ability to build relationships, build consensus, negotiate solutions, and guide customers through their decision process is highly desirable

Salary Range: A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum annual salary for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 with full benefits.
