Job summary

Midco is seeking a Client Implementation Coordinator to manage multiple client projects, ensuring successful implementations, timely billing, and high client satisfaction. You will be the single point of contact, coordinating cross‑functional teams to meet commitment dates and contract obligations.

The role supports a range of client onboarding activities across the Midco footprint (SD, ND, MN, KS, WI) with opportunities for growth from Coordinator I through IV based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage tasks and timelines to successfully implement all client obligations.
• Lead the project team by assisting with barriers to meet commitment dates and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain and coordinate project plans (schedules, updates, risks) to ensure accurate implementations and policy compliance.
• Communicate with vendors to align on install requirements and timing.
• Manage client onboarding activities (site surveys, installs) and keep status updated for all stakeholders.
• Handle multiple project types (relocations, renewals, service changes, upgrades) with varying scopes.
• Meet or exceed defined KPIs and ensure client satisfaction post-installation.
