Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin, Journalism, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in business development, marketing, or client services.
• Proven success leading business development strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Experience managing complex proposals, presentations, and client pursuits.
• Strong understanding of government contracting and public-sector procurement preferred.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the company's annual business development and marketing strategy.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across targeted markets and service lines.
• Lead marketing planning, branding, and communications initiatives.
• Coordinate proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and interview materials.
• Foster strategic client relationships and partnerships.
• Lead the business development and marketing team.
• Provide forecasts and reports to support planning and resource allocation.
