Job summary

You will manage outbound and inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and support onboarding while coordinating with internal service teams. A strong communicator with a drive to meet goals will thrive in this collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience in sales, business development, or client outreach is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach and respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients.
• Qualify leads and identify opportunities to present relevant services.
• Guide prospects through the initial stages of the sales cycle, including needs assessment and product recommendations.
• Support clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to internal service teams.
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads, calls, emails, and conversions in the CRM.
