Job summary

PCG, a locally-owned financial planning firm in Baton Rouge, seeks a client relationship associate to drive growth by engaging prospects, scheduling meetings for advisors, and supporting marketing initiatives.

You’ll balance outbound outreach with relationship management, serving as the primary contact for potential clients and contributing to expanding the client base through proactive outreach and meticulous CRM tracking.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, client relations, business development, or financial services.
• Comfort with 50-75% phone outreach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office.
• Self-driven and organized.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Outreach: spend 50-75% of the workday making calls to prospects, booking advisor appointments, and inviting contacts to events.
• Calendar & Schedule Management: coordinate advisor calendars and ensure seamless meetings.
• Relationship Nurturing: maintain connections with prospects and clients via phone, email, and follow-up workflows.
• Marketing & Event Execution: assist with seminars, manage email campaigns, and post-event follow-up.
• CRM & Metric Tracking: record outreach activity and report key metrics using CRM software.
