Job summary

Retirement Income Source | SFG is seeking a Client Relations Representative to drive appointment generation from warm leads and support marketing events. This onsite role partners with the Advisor to expand market presence across New England, with local travel between offices and event venues.

You will onboard new clients and maintain CRM records, contributing to revenue growth. The role emphasizes inbound/outbound sales activity, event coordination, and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience with KPI ownership.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive appointment generation from warm and event-based leads.
• Support 8–10 marketing events per quarter.
• Initiate onboarding paperwork and prepare client profiles.
• Log activity in CRM on the same day and track KPIs.
