Job summary

Ryan is seeking a proactive Client Development Associate to support the full client lifecycle from onboarding new clients to managing renewals and identifying growth opportunities. This role combines relationship management, operational coordination, and commercial awareness.

You will play a key part in ensuring clients experience a smooth onboarding process, remain engaged throughout the service cycle, and are well-supported at renewal.

• Ensure a smooth and efficient transition to internal delivery teams
• Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the service cycle and support renewals
• Identify opportunities to expand services and grow revenue with clients
