Job summary

Non-GMO Project in Bellingham, WA is seeking a Client Development Catalyst to grow relationships with product verification program participants and support account management in a hybrid, full-time role.

You will provide proactive outreach, educate clients on verification standards, and help expand client portfolios within the Non-GMO and Non-UPF Verified programs.

The team values curiosity, collaboration, and self-direction, with opportunities to travel to industry events as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of direct client-facing support experience.
• Sales experience or transferable skills.
• Interest in consumer packaged goods and natural products industry.
• CRM, database systems, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients through administrative and technical support (phone, email, events).
• Effectively communicate with clients in an authentic and grounded manner.
• Support and grow account management with the CX Team.
• Proactively grow client product portfolios in the Non-GMO Project and Non-UPF Verified programs.
• Educate about the verification process, standards, and organization’s mission.
• Represent the organization in client interactions and at industry events.
• Facilitate the delivery of legal agreements.
• Use task management software to collaborate and respond to client requests.
• Contribute to market research, surveys, interviews, and trade show engagements.
• Build technical knowledge of natural food industry, genetic engineering, and agriculture.
