Job summary

FoodChain ID is seeking a detail‑driven Client Services Coordinator to support certification clients remotely in the US. You will manage a portfolio through application to certificate issuance and act as the main contact for clients, auditors, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes timely communication, documentation accuracy, and proactive issue resolution. Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma and 1+ year in customer service or coordination, with familiarity in GFSI programs like SQF

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of GFSI-recognized certification programs, such as SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, or similar
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, project coordination, administrative support, certification, quality assurance, or a related field
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, accountable, and customer‑focused approach

Responsibilities

• Coordinate certification activities from application through certificate issuance
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders
• Schedule audits and proactively manage certification timelines and deadlines
• Coordinate audit reviews, corrective actions, and certification decisions
• Maintain accurate client documentation and records across business systems
• Identify potential delays or risks and proactively drive solutions
• Provide timely, professional communication on certification status and next steps
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
