Job summary

Little Dot Studios in Los Angeles is seeking an Associate Manager of Client Development to help grow new business by supporting the Director of Client Development and the team. Responsibilities include lead research, CRM maintenance, kit organization, and asset preparation for pitches.

You will coordinate onboarding, manage timelines, and ensure accurate deal tracking while collaborating across departments to secure new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in business development with a customer-first mentality.
• Exceptional written and oral communication, strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of CRM systems.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office apps.
• Interest and experience with YouTube and/or social video platforms.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: support day-to-day client communications and onboarding materials.
• Pitch & Proposal Development: assemble pitch decks and required assets for proposals.
• Support New Client Workflows: log leads and prepare briefing docs.
• CRM Data Management: update deal status, contacts, and activity logs.
• Toolkit & Asset Maintenance: update case studies and credential decks.
• Cross-Departmental Logistics: act as main contact between teams for workflows.
• Service Knowledge: develop knowledge of Little Dot Studios’ services to tailor materials.
