Little Dot Studios Americas in Los Angeles is seeking an Associate Manager, Client Development to drive new business growth. The role supports the Director of Client Development and coordinates onboarding, proposals, and lead research with a meticulous, organized approach.

The position requires 1–3 years in business development or agency work, excellent communication, and strong CRM experience. A fast-paced environment and cross-team collaboration are key to success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in business development or agency setting

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client communications and onboarding
• Coordinate meeting schedules and maintain deal/lead records
• Assist with pitch decks and proposal assets
• Log leads and prepare briefing documents for client meetings
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and activity logs
• Organize the client development toolkit and assets
• Collaborate across internal teams to move tasks forward
