Truist Wealth is seeking an experienced Wholesale Payments Onboarding Project Manager I to coordinate mid- to large-scale implementations from initiation to completion. The role focuses on delivering a best-in-class client experience and revenue realization through strong project discipline and product knowledge of Wholesale Payments solutions.

The incumbent works independently with guidance only on the most complex scenarios, partnering with the Wholesale Payments Advisor to drive client

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Five or more years progressive experience in consulting, project management or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written client communication with ability to tailor messaging for the audience.
• Ability to manage and negotiate with clients and vendor/alliance relationships.
• Proven leadership in implementing complex projects and solving problems.
• Ability to influence others, negotiate rigorously, and manage tight timelines.
• Strong risk management skills.
• Deep understanding of business, resources, priorities, and policies.
• Proven ability to make decisions under pressure and clarify ambiguity.
• Strong time management, delegation, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Leads or coordinates project planning activities for mid-sized, less-complex clients, prospects, accounts, projects, or internal relationships.
• Provides direct communication and interaction with clients and other personnel regarding all aspects of implementation efforts.
• Routinely uses significant judgement on moderate to complex business problems.
• Defines problems and scope parameters, organizes project teams, assigns responsibilities, develops project schedules and milestones, identifies authority structures and decision processes, and determines resource requirements.
• Understands and articulates expectations for deliverables and ensures shared understanding with the team and client.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders and manages resources throughout the project.
• Demonstrates advanced understanding of the business line and overall firm.
• Meets defined demands and guides junior colleagues.
• Measures project performance using systems, tools, and techniques.
• Reports on project status including milestones and deliverables to the team and client.
• Troubleshoots and manages activities to meet quality standards.
• Performs risk management to minimize project risks.
• Influences timelines and negotiates across departments.
• Uses verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule, and client impact.
• Creates and maintains project documentation.
