Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a regular full-time personal banking associate in the United States. You will deliver timely client transactions, educate clients on digital banking, and support outbound sales efforts while maintaining accurate records and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities include handling complex transactions with assistance, promoting IRM solutions, and participating in leadership routines and ongoing training to advance product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software used for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging with clients and handling transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
