Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel seeks a client-focused travel operations professional to provide day-to-day support and help optimize client programs. You will manage site administration, implement new tools, and troubleshoot rate or supplier issues across global platforms.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in travel management, strong project and data skills, and fluency in English. This full-time role offers robust benefits and growth within a global team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in travel management or corporate travel support
• Fluency in English; additional languages welcome
• Experience managing multi-faceted, time-sensitive projects
• Strong facilitation, documentation, reporting, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft products; familiarity with Egencia, Concur, Coupa or similar platforms
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze data, and propose solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support and answer general user questions (non-booking related)
• Create and monitor support cases for post-booking and program management
• Execute site administration across platforms to optimize client setup
• Facilitate implementation of new tools and processes for travel operations
• Troubleshoot issues with negotiated rates and suppliers not displaying correctly
• Generate ad-hoc reporting as agreed with client team and account management
• Audit and analyze client travel program data to identify inconsistencies and solutions
• Project management on select initiatives to achieve goals
• Maintain expertise in Egencia and Global Alliance Partner offerings and communicate upgrades
• Advocate for clients internally with management, support teams, and product development
