Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller to serve as the first point of contact for clients at our Twentynine Palms branch. You will perform teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality while uncovering client needs to offer appropriate products and services.

This onsite role reports to the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager and emphasizes compliance with bank procedures and regulations. The position offers on-site work, competitive wages, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies, procedures and systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail when handling numbers and words.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, transfers).
• Balance cash drawer and process ATM/night drop operations.
• Enhance client relationships through conversation and needs-based product referrals.
• Adhere to Breakthrough Client Service Standards and banking regulations.
