Job summary

With guidance from Branch leadership, you’ll build strong client relationships, balance cash accurately, and help protect customer money.

Qualifications

• 2 years of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintains branch integrity with daily tasks like ATM balancing and deposits.
• Mitigates risk through safekeeping of cash and transfers.
• Interacts with clients, identifies needs, and offers bank products.
• Deepens knowledge of Columbia Bank products and services.
• Supports referral goals by connecting customers with appropriate partners.
