Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller to serve as the first point of contact for clients at our Silverdale, WA branch. You will perform deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with bank policies.

You will also build relationships by identifying client needs and offering suitable products, under the guidance of the Branch Manager. This onsite role requires a High School Diploma or GED and about 1 year of banking or customer service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing).
• Balance cash drawer and process night drops and other cash handling tasks.
• Identify client needs and recommend bank products or services.
• Maintain familiarity with Columbia Bank procedures and regulations.
